Phoenix will fully meet and maintain all the needs of our clients. Among these clients are the most prestigious teaching facilities in the country, and we meet their individual needs on every level. We are dedicated to providing quality reports, and extremely rapid turnaround. We have found that all the new technology available won’t hold up without great accuracy and rapid turnaround. Simply, getting the client their reports quickly and accurately is our primary focus.

QUALITY REPORTS We require three years experience in acute care facility transcription or 2 years in the multi-specialty arena before we consider testing an applicant. In the hiring process, only those individuals with the experience, skills, and knowledge that comprise a professional MT are considered.
QA DEPARTMENT We have a QA department that provides ongoing quality assessments and provides feedback to both the MT and the client. The QA department is staffed by a manager and MTs with a median twenty years experience.
TURNAROUND We can provide turnaround from a few hours to a maximum of twenty four hours. The turnaround time impacts on, and benefits, patient care and enhances the reimbursement process so critical in today’s financially-challenged environment of managed care. All reports are in compliance with the JCAHO requirements.
RATES Page or Line rates are based on a 65 character AAMT line.

MANAGEMENT

A choice of  databases, customized for each client, allows us to interface with various health-care systems that are detailed in our technology section. Using either database programs, the client can quickly perform a variety of records-management tasks, including tracking, printing, searching, editing, archiving and billing.  With the internet accessible Database there is also instant retrieval of reports and unattended auto printing.
ONGOING SUPPORT Ongoing program and technical support to ensure that the systems keep pace with changes in the clinical environment. We will provide as many on-site staff members as necessary, whenever the need arises, wherever the client is located in the U.S. We will fully meet and maintain all the medical transcription and electronic patient record needs of any client.
