We provide ongoing technical and program support to ensure that the systems keep pace with changes in the clinical environment. We will provide as many on-site staff members as necessary, whenever the need arises, wherever the client is located in the U.S. We will fully meet and maintain all the medical transcription and electronic patient record needs of any client.

We have technical staff familiar with interfaces, telecommunications programs and systems within the hospital, and programmers who can modify our base programs to fit the needs of any client. They are available to meet with the client’s IT departments when necessary and provide information on our current systems before changes are made within the hospital, eliminating ‘glitches’ that might occur during those transitions due to incompatibility of parameters, programs and interfaces.

In addition to our unlimited on-site training, we have remote training capability, and our administrative and management staff will work with HIM support staff as often as required until all systems are running at optimum levels.

We provide documentation that demonstrates and explains precisely the procedures to follow for any of the processes that will be utilized by the client. The material is concise and simple enough for any staff member to follow when the need for backup arises.
