Our Management Team

Mr. Manning brings more than 35 years of senior management experience in the clinical services and software development industry to his role as Phoenix CEO. Prior to becoming CEO of Phoenix, Mr. Manning was a principal and CEO of the largest regional medical transcription company in the Northeast. 

Ms. Sautner brings more than 35 years of senior operation management experience to her role as Phoenix COO. Ms. Sautner is a CMT and led the development of one of the early web-based transcription services in the United States. Ms. Sautner’s focus on the quality management, employee development, and Operations of all our service lines has made Phoenix a leader in providing clinical services in the Northeast.

Ms. Bunker brings more than 35 years of senior management experience in customer and technology support to her role as Phoenix CTO. Ms. Bunker led the development of Phoenix’ technology environment including a world class web-based data entry platform and a proprietary telecommunications system supporting more than 400 US-based agents.

Ms. Martens brings 25 years of management experience in Operations. She has been responsible for the growth and development of our Registration and Scheduling service line, now responsible for more than a million calls per year.  Ms. Martens is a resource to our Clients in developing the most effective program end to end to support their physicians and patients

Ms. Girouard brings 35 years of experience on the Document Management side, both in development of the Scribes from a productivity and quality assurance side, as well as working directly with the Clients to customize the program to meet their needs.  

Ms. Gilmore brings 15 years of experience to Phoenix and has managed the creation of our Precertification Authorization program, and its growth to more than half a million precerts a year, including scrubbing and verification programs.
