Our Physician Support services include Virtual Registration and Scheduling Specialists and Precertification Specialists. Our remote Registration and Schedulers are often the first contact that patients have with the physician's office. You will take calls from patients, transfer calls when appropriate, verify insurance information and schedule appointments for the patients. In some cases you will help determine the appropriate physician based on a patients symptoms. If you have worked in a medical center doing admissions or in a physician office as a scheduler this could be the job for you.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in medical scheduling in a physician office or medical center

Excellent customer service and compassion for patients

Good phone presence and verbal, writing, grammar and spelling skills necessary

Commitment…clients are major medical centers, so commitment to the job is essential!
Technical Requirements:

Independent internet access with router close to work station

Good speed test to determine internet speed (Phoenix will provide test site)

Computer knowledge (word, excel, internet, email)

Updated computer with ability to handle multiple windows and web based programs
